As of now, we only ship invitation cards within Canada and the USA.
How will I receive guest responses?
Once guests fill out and submit the RSVP form on your webpage, you will receive their responses directly in your email inbox. Many of our clients create a dedicated email address for these notifications to keep them organized and separate from other emails.
How do I select an invitation card?
Once you begin the process of purchasing one of our packages, you’ll have the option to select your desired invitation card during checkout.
Can I make changes to my webpage or invitation card after checkout?
Absolutely! Simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll make the changes within 2 business days, including sending you an updated digital card.
If you’ve ordered a printed invitation card, please note that once the proof is approved, we can no longer make changes, as the print production process will have already begun.
What happens after I place an order?
When you place an order, our team begins working on your webpage and invitation card. The turnaround time is two business days.
